This young adult male Black Lab has the shiniest coat! He seems to be more laid back than the typical Lab and has a happy demeanor. His last day is listed as JUNE 22.

I was reading an article that New Mexico is passing an law which requires pet owners to get their animals spayed or neutered why can't we get something like that in Ga!!!!!
